It means therefore that you have to be surfing constantly for several years that you must feel at ease in point breaks and reef breaks with overhead waves. You have to understand the positioning in the water, know how to do the duck-dive, be physically fit to arrive in line-up, know how to paddle and take off on overhead waves, possess a solid bottom turn and be able to surf using the whole face of the waves , from bottom to top. Finally, you need to be sure of yourself in any kind of condition, have a strong sense of awareness and know the rules of precedence perfectly, respecting the surfing etiquette
