We will follow you in a step by step progression, which will allow you to face each level only when you are ready for it. Precisely for this reason we have renounced the organizational practicality of carrying out our lessons every day at the same time, preferring instead to organize them on the basis of conditions with the aim of taking you every day to the best spot of the day and at the best time of the day.

If you are looking for a Fuerteventura Windsurf School Point Break is the right place for you: we are at your disposal to let you simply have a go at it or to guide you through windsurfing courses for beginners and lessons dedicated to intermediate and advanced levels.
Our windsurfing courses follow a teaching program that guarantees fun, safety and learning from the first moment. Do not expect to participate in lessons packed with students: we believe that to learn windsurfing you need the full attention of the instructor, and for this reason our groups are formed by a maximum of 4 students so that you get the most out of every minute of tuition.
All our instructors, are certified VDWS International, and are therefore ready to assist you in a careful and professional way – never forgetting that, even before being a sport, windsurfing must be fun.
At the end of each course, our windsurfing school will provide you with a certification of the level obtained.
Taster
Here we are not talking about a full windsurfing course but an opportunity to try a wonderful sport and test yourself on this reactive board carried by the wind.
Are you in Fuerteventura and want to add some spice to your holidays? Then our taster formula is certainly for you: we offer 3 hours taster lessons during which you can learn the basics of windsurfing: we will start with a quick theory part and then continue practicing what we have learned on the beach in the water.
Taster
Private lessons or in a group (maximun 4 students per instructor)
At the end of the three hours, you may even decide that windsurfing is not for you, but trust me, this happens very rarely! Most likely you’ll discover a fascinating and exciting world instead, and you’ll wonder why did you wait so long to try this sport.
If as soon as the Taster is finished you are looking forward to improving your level, you can enroll in our beginner’s course, choosing the days that best suit your needs for lessons to learn how to sail independently!
You will therefore learn how to prepare your equipment, the basic wind directions and notions, how to lift the sail, the correct body position to avoid injuries and how to find balance on the board.

Who is this course for?
Our lessons are aimed at all those who are approaching this spectacular sport for the first time and want to learn the basic principles and techniques of windsurfing in medium-light wind conditions.
Windsurf course for beginners

What you will learn with this course:
With these lessons you will learn how to prepare your equipment, basic movements, safety in the water, how to lift the sail, the correct body posture to avoid injuries, how to find balance on the board as well as basic maneuvers: starting, sailing, tack and jibe.
We will start with a quick but essential theory part and continue with the practical part in the water: each lesson will have a total duration of 3 hours.

Windsurf course intermediate level in Fuerteventura
Do you already know how to windsurfing but want to improve your skills, your maneuvers and your increase your pace in the water?
Who is this surf course for?
The intermediate windsurfing course at Point Break Fuerteventura Windsurf School is suitable for all those who already have some experience and can therefore windsurf independently in light and medium winds.
Intermediate Windsurf Course
Private or group lessons (maximun 4 students per instructor)
What you will learn with this course:
If you recognize yourself within this description, participating in this course will improve your skills, so that you can navigate even in the most challenging wind conditions.
It is, therefore, the natural continuation of the beginners course, to acquire greater safety with a medium/strong wind in tacking, jibe and drifting, to start using more powerful sails with the use of the harness – thanks to which you will avoid to tire your arms. During these lessons, you will begin to use boards without drifting, to be able to experience the thrill of the first glides.
The intermediate course is a personalized course: it will then start with a level assessment by our instructors, who will then be able to plan the following lessons according to your real needs.

Advanced windsurfing course

What you will learn with this course:
For our advanced courses we leave the group lessons behind to offer you individual lessons, during which you will be face to face with your instructor. In short, we are guaranteeing the highest level of customization, so that you can get the maximum performance.
With these lessons you will be able to perfect your power jibe and fast turn, you will begin to glide with your feet in the foot straps, you will learn the water start and you will approach the first jumps, forward loop and back loop. Not bad, right?
